Patricia Greene has by far been the best!! She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind, welcoming and truly cares for our twins development. Receptionists go above and beyond as well!! Great place for physical therapy!!
Great Staff. Physical therapist was knowledgeable and helpful. My issue is with billing. I had $40 co-pays charged to an account at the time of visit. I stopped treatment in February. The billing cycle ended March 3 and I paid in full on March 6. They added a bill of $40 in April. Now they want $160 in May. In April, they claimed it was for a February visit. We cleared things up. They forgave the bill so in April I owed them nothing again. They are adamant that I owe them $160 this month for services in January. I suggest paying at the time of visit and get a receipt.
