Absolutely amazing place for autistic kids and teens to get together, and very professional staff teaching and helping me to become a working member of society.
My son’s RBT never fails to impress. She assures all needs are being met, all behaviors are well monitored and redirected when needed, when new occurrences appear she is quickly in contact with an amazing BCBA to come up with new ideas on how to manage newly appearing behaviors in the most effective way possible. The team my son works with offers a great deal of support that I appreciate more than they know. Last but not least, the OT services are not only helping us all, my oldest child looks forward to every Wednesday and their happy faces.

I am disappointed by MASC's poor leadership and mishandling of a critical transition. Despite expressing concerns about the transition plan, my family's needs were consistently sidelined by Trisha, indicating a one-size-fits-all approach. The decision to limit the transition period lacks foresight, causing unnecessary stress. Additional support offered does not address the core issue – inadequate planning. This experience highlights a lack of transparency and effective communication within MASC's leadership. I hope this review prompts improvements in handling sensitive transitions.
