This company border lines fraud, or lack of ability to understand their services. After 6 months, my son has improved in speech, though he only has a slight speech impediment. Then we request the records, and see what they have noted down. His name was wrong on 2 records, they claimed he has severe speech impediment because he couldn't pronounce sh and ch. That he most likely has social issues because he's homeschooled. They never asked what events, clubs or groups he is a part of 4 days a week.When speaking to them, they were just defensive, and disrespectful. When I informed them we will look for other services, they were happy about it. If you use this service, ask for your records now. They may be incorrectly diagnosing your kids for higher pay.

As the year 2025 comes to an end, we just wanted to share our gratitude and thankfulness for the MTW team. Our child has attended MTW since March 2025 and we have been amazed at his development and social growth. In March, I walked into the clinic for a speech evaluation with my child who was babbling only a few words and now he is pronouncing words more clearly. The professionalism and dedication of the MTW team to deliver quality therapeutic care to the pediatric population deserves recognition. We are looking forward to the MTW innovation and growth in 2026!

Both of our daughters go here and we have seen a significant improvement in both! We always feel so welcomed, front desk girls Helena and Heather always welcome us and are very helpful and attentive. We have worked with multiple therapist from Occupational to Speech and we love them all!

We have been attending virtual speech therapy sessions for our son for approximately three months. His therapist, Madi, has been absolutely wonderful—attentive, professional, and highly effective. We have no complaints whatsoever regarding the therapy itself. Unfortunately, the scheduling and communication side of the practice has been a consistent challenge. The receptionist/scheduler, Heather, has repeatedly demonstrated poor communication regarding appointments. For example, when our son missed a session due to a family emergency, we were charged a no-show fee. I explained the situation and requested a waiver, but was told the fee could not be refunded or waived. While I accept responsibility for other missed appointments and have paid those fees, I find this particular instance disappointing given the circumstances. What feels most unfair is the lack of accountability when the practice cancels sessions on short notice—sometimes the day prior, the day of, or with no notice at all. In those cases, we are simply told it was a mistake or scheduling issue, and no compensation or adjustment is offered. These instances have occurred four times now. This inconsistency in policy and communication creates frustration for families who are doing their best to prioritize therapy. Madi’s work with our son has been excellent, but the administrative side of the practice needs significant improvement in communication, consistency, and fairness.

My son has been going to MTW for over 2 years now. We dealt with some scheduling and communication issues with admin in the past, but I have been so impressed and grateful for their professionalism, flexibility, and understanding as of more recently. I cannot brag enough about the ABA therapists, all of the assistants, Mrs. Madi, Angie, and Paula (for speech), Sophia (for OT), Mia the BCBA, and again all of the therapists. I wish I could name them all off, even the newer hires have been absolutely wonderful and an integral part of my son’s progress in his therapies. We have been so happy with our experience since he started ABA, and sincerely appreciate every single one of the staff members who have worked with our son.

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. My infant was referred for feeding therapy. Did a consultation/evaluation appointment in which there was old pizza & pizza boxes and general mess everywhere in the room. Decided to give the benefit of the doubt and attended our 1st appointment. We were given no information on what to bring for the appointment. Was taken into a room by a provider who said “Oh? He’s a baby? I don’t treat babies?” She went and spoke to her boss who brought someone in on zoom. The whole thing was very badly communicated. We sat in the room with the girl on zoom not realising this would be who would be treating us that day. (Credit to Madi, she did a good job with what she could.) I tried my best to participate in the session with my son by feeding him a bottle and using the tools provided (even though bottle feeding is not the thing we are having issues with) but every time I asked a question about his feeding, the provider said she couldn’t really see/tell because she was watching via zoom? After our appointment (Tuesday), I called the office to check if we would always be having sessions via zoom because we were due to be seen 2x a week and I felt as though zoom feeding therapy wouldn’t be helpful. The woman said she would find out. I didn’t hear back so I called again on Wednesday prior to our Thursday appointment. She said “I will take you off the schedule while I figure it out and get back to you” it’s now been weeks later and we’ve still not heard back. Terrible service all around.

Helena at the front desk is rude. Plus, she nor the other people in the office ever pick up. you will ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail. Communication is lacking, and they act like they don't really want to talk to the parents, just take our money and push the kids along to their session. When the sessions are done, they give a 30 second recap, and I had to ask extensive questions in order to have enough info to take what my kid was learning and continue it at home. Money is priority there, so please make sure you're squared away because they will turn you away in a heartbeat. It's a very quick experience, and once it's over you may feel like, "...That was it?" I will say however, therapists Courtney and Angela were pretty good. My child showed slight progress during her time with them. I don't know if 20 minutes of therapy work is enough to actually put a huge dent in progress. Overall, I'd say just choose another facility where everyone actually cares about the children, not just the therapists. You can definitely feel it in your overall experience. We just want the best for our kids. P.S. they never took the time to learn my child's name (including the therapists), they just butchered it and went on. My child was with them for 2 months. That's how fast these sessions are.
