Lack of communication, avoidable delays, and no follow-up despite multiple attempts. I first reached out to this office back in October to follow up on my child’s referral that was sent over in August, thinking I had given them more than enough time to process the referral and add us to the waitlist. Despite repeated calls and messages, I received no communication whatsoever for almost two months. There was never a confirmation that the referral was received, no status update, and no indication that anything was missing. After finally receiving a response today, I was told, for the very first time, that the referral they received back in August was missing required codes. This is information that absolutely should have been communicated immediately. Instead, months were wasted simply because the office did not answer calls or notify me of the issue. Families relying on medically necessary services deserve timely follow-through and clear communication. The delays we experienced were completely avoidable and directly tied to the office’s lack of responsiveness. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this provider. I am now seeking another office to ensure my child receives appropriate and timely care.

Love Marshall pediatric therapy! I have 2 kids that go here right now and are treated so well! One of the OTs solved an issue for us that specialists hadn’t been able to figure out. Office staff has been super friendly too!

My 8 month old daughter sees Mrs. Jessica for OT. She has made so much progress since we started, and loves to see her therapist and all the fun toys! We’re so grateful for the wonderful care and kindness we’ve received from Mrs. Jessica and MPT. I feel like my little girl is loved there, and the therapy has been so instrumental in helping her progress in her motor skills!

Marshall Pediatric Therapy are top notch in my opinion. My son has been going there for a little while now and I’ve seen so much improvement and actual results. The women who work with him have been so kind and you can tell that they actually care about what they do. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication that they have shown while working with my precious son. They have always been very supportive and they let you know exactly how things are going with your child. I know that what they do is no easy task but they give 100 percent every single day.
