Bad experience overall! I was not contacted when I had an appointment and the provider called in sick. Provider was not prepared for my scheduled feedback visit weeks later and did not have any of her paperwork/visit completed. I had to call several times to get her notes. Watch out for billing! I was charged double for all services provided due to the office collecting a facility fee, even though the provider admitted to completing her charting at her own home. I was charged $600 for the facility fee for sitting in the provider's office for an appointment that lasted just over an hour, and that is not including the provider fee for her assessment. When I called to question billing, staff was nice at first and then changed and was completely rude to me. I definitely would not recommend this office!
BEWARE: Billing $380+ for a 1 hour session to insurance. Insurance covering the proper amount. After a few visits they hit you with a $2000 bill. 5-star job of profiting off kid's mental health issues.
The whole team is wonderful! Front desk staff is super helpful and friendly! Best place to bring your children for therapy. Highly recommend!

I was really nervous when we began this process but everyone in the office has been so kind and helpful. I sat in on sessions for a long time and learned a lot from the OT working with my daughter at the time and was able to bring a lot of those tools into our home life. They do not hesitate to send home resources! Her sister has now joined in their services as well. They have helped my kiddos through educational, emotional and social needs as they navigate tricky situations as I have them under a guardianship situation and I am so grateful to have their guidance in my children's lives.
My son has been going here for speech therapy for over a year and it has been amazing! He has made so much progress from the time he started until now. All the staff is super nice and helpful from the time you walk in the door until you’re back for your appointment. He works with Sydney and she is amazing! She really cares about the kids she works with and is great about finding a learning style that works best and is most helpful for your child to succeed. I would recommend her and this place to anyone seeking speech therapy services!
My 14 year old daughter has autism and anxiety - we have been working with Jenna at Mary Free Bed for over a year and have had such a positive experience. All the staff is thoughtful and kind - from the front desk to the therapists. We drive 30 minutes for sessions and it is always worth it. We have seen such great progress is our daughter - we would recommend Mary Free Bed Kids to anyone who is looking for help and skills for your kids!
Doctor was an hour late for initial appointment cause she overslept. Then today for the day of the results she k all the suddenly sick. Called an hour and half before the appointment and my husband took the day off for this. I’m having a hard time trusting anything from them at this point.
