honestly depends on what therapist you get but the one i got is very professional and understanding :) got a diagnosis and treatment plan i've been struggling to get for years after only 2 appointments ... first facility to actually help me in any sort of way

Respectful and friendly. Very helpful staff, I enjoy seeing them all on a regular basis.

I think the Lanning center is wonderful. I now sleep all night. My APRN is extremely knowledgable and attentive.

I have a very busy schedule and Margaret knew how hard I was trying but instead of simply calling and saying hey where are you she discharged me from the program. I'd recommend going elsewhere for sure!

Suzie has been my provider for many years and I don't know how I would've survived this long without her. Also spoke to Erica once due to an emergency and she was fantastic. I see Bryce for therapy and I always leave a session feeling better and hopeful. Highly recommend!

Went there for a year and they only care about shoving pills down your throat . I tried to tell them I needed a different medication or a stronger dose but was told I didn't know what i was talking about. Extremely rude doctors. Please avoid n go somewhere else for help

Went there for psychiatric help due to ptsd and other things. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional and even shamed me for self harm I did in the past. They treated me like a child. They proceeded to batter me and explain that my life wasn’t so bad so I should have no reason to self harm. They made me want to hurt myself more because of the blatant lack of human decency and compassion towards their patients. Never going back and certainly do not recommend to anyone struggling with mental health. They were supposed to help but they caused more damage instead. I left crying almost every time I went in and I only had 3-4 appointments there.
