Carrie, Melody, Maleena and Mallory were all just the best medical care I’ve genuinely ever received. Thank you all for how kind and caring you were and for healing so much of my pain and issues! Great place for my daughter's PT. Her therapists are very nice and patient, helping her with her needs.
Our son loves his occupational therapist, she does an amazing job keeping him engaged and progressing towards his goals! They also do a great job checking in and taking into account parent feedback and concerns.
Where do I start? 😀The staff at MaxAbility have totally changed our lives ...for the better! I have watched our 8 year old interact with Joel for several months now. The connection is strong between teacher and pupil. We have seen such growth in our child- both intellectually and socially. I would never thought this possible a year ago. Thank you Joel- and all the other staff who labor for our kids. You're changing lives, one child at a time!
The staff is amazing, my son gets speech and OT, he absolutely loves going every week. Maya (OT) is so patient, and understand and my son feels comfortable with her which is a major plus! Paige (sp) has been working really hard with him, and he is catching on!! Would definitely recommend maxAbility to anyone that has these needs!! Thank you guys so much, for all your help!!
The staff in Maxability are amazing!!! We have great communication with our boys therapist Alison, Paige and Maia they do amazing with our boys. They love coming to each of their appointments and when they're done they don't want to leave. We've seen lots of improvement in our boys and love how much they're learning.Their secretary Michelle is amazing as well! If you have to reschedule she always finds an appointment that works great for us.
I have nothing but great things to say about MaxAbility at Bellevue. They have exceeded my expectations. My daughter has been seeing Joel and Carrie for PT/OT since she started in June of 2022. Olivia made improvements so quickly after working with Joel. I was able to watch her climb playground equipment shortly after she started with Joel, without feeling terrified! He has made the effort to form a positive relationship with my daughter; she responds so well to the therapy as a result of that. Carrie also has an amazing relationship with Olivia and has helped her to meet many goals. Carrie makes me feel so supported as a parent; giving us tips and tricks for home for those rough days. Michele is always a friendly face and helps Olivia stay on track with positive reinforcement. She is so helpful when we need to change our therapy schedule. If you are looking for therapy, this is absolutely the place you need to call!
Unique facility and amazing staff, especially Joel! The best connection our child has had with a PT in over 5 years. He is always excited for his sessions and is motivated to continue to work on skills at home, which has not been the case in the past. I can't state strongly enough how impressed I am with how they go out of their way to make their clients feel comfortable and at ease. On a practical note, it is in a convenient location, and the ability to have a set, repeating time slot is invaluable. I highly recommend them, especially for children with different needs. By far, the best PT experience we have had in the area.
