First of all, I would like to thank MCC for being a piece of the puzzle for my grandchildren’s successful story. Together MCC and I have worked for the past three years to provide structure stability within the family setting. Also, I would like to send a special thank you to my first set of family based therapists. T and J “Rome wasn’t built in a day. Sincerely BJ
The receptionist Melissa is phenomenal she has a lot on her plate and she handles all her duty very well. The doctors are also very good for both kids and adults. There's just one issue I'm having is I'm trying to get my son back into therapy and because I missed two times or three when my car wasn't running and the other times was my grandmother passed away. And I called I spoke with Melissa and she said she'll talk to the therapist and I still haven't received the phone call back on that. But other than that they are a great facility but I would recommend to anyone.
Our experience with MCC so far has been very good. It took a few weeks of phone calls checking back for open availability. We’ve noticed a difference with our childs anxiety and depression within 2 sessions. She has given him tools to support himself when he’s stressed. and been a sounding board through what he experiences.
We have services from MCC for the past few months and it’s been wonderful so far so good. My daughter gets the help she needs and they give her full support along with family.
I had a great experience working with Ms.Hiba and the team at MCC because we have grown and healed some and it shows. Bless you all.
UPDATE! I just want to also mention how amazing the psychiatrist dr. Able was with not only my kiddo but with me as well! The entire staff worked extremely hard to get my son in to see him in such a short period of time! Also in regards to the review i read about the psych dr i just have to say that my zoom link ended up in my spam folder so if this happens to others please make sure you recheck! Thanks MCC! YOU ROCK! If your kiddo is struggling with a mental disorder or behavior issue and you need some more help MCC is absolutely the way to go! In just a couple of weeks Olivia and Gianna have helped our family tremendously! They are there for the entire family as mental health affects the entire family unit. From therapy to making sure my kiddo is set with a psychiatrist to helping get paper work i need to get him an iep. Your amazing. I cant wait to see what 9 months can do! Thank you so much for all you do ladies.
My family has been utilizing their services for over a decade. Many issues have come up over these past 10+ years and it’s mainly because they keep dropping the ball and do not communicate. They do not care about their patients. They only care about making their pay check and going home at the end of the day and it shows. My child’s mental health is tanking because they aren’t on the ball with communication. Specially with the doctor and pharmacy for prior authorizations and communication with the families so we have expectations. Today my child had an appointment at 11am through zoom with the Dr but the link was never sent. My daughter called the doctors office at 11:02am to have the link sent since it never was and it still wasn’t sent by 11:10am so I called and spoke to Stephanie who not only could not send the link, she could not schedule another appointment and the doctor will not write a bridge script. The only reason we still go here is because becoming a new patient somewhere else is going to be a lengthly process with likely the same results. She also could not tell me when she would call me back. She literally had no answers which I think is quite strange for someone titled supervisor. Multiple times I have filed complaints about the staff’s lack of communication and urgency. They just don’t care. Spoke to Stephanie on Monday in regards to never receiving the zoom link for my child’s medication appointment. Stephanie states it was sent to me on Friday and on Monday but I never received a link either day. She doesn’t have any idea why. It’s not in any spam folder or anything. When I spoke to a different representative on Monday they said that multiple people called and complained about not receiving a link that day. Stephanie states that is not true. My minor child had an appointment scheduled on 9/15 at 11am via zoom but we couldn’t find the link in the email and called at 11:02am to have it resent or be given the information to log in. The lady stated she resent it. We couldn’t find it after looking in “all mailboxes” and called again at 11:10am only to be met with no answers or help logging in. I was greeted by Melissa and Stephanie with an “it’s a uou problem” attitude. They kept me on the phone for 22 minutes with no answers as to how to log in or where the link may have been sent. They forced her to reschedule her appointment for 9/29. I asked for a bridge script so she would not be without meds and that information was never passed to the doctor because when we got on the appointment yesterday he knew nothing about that and said he provided all the scripts that were requested. (I was required to provide a different email address for them to send the link because Melissa and Stephanie told me it must be my email) On the call the doctor prescribed 30 days worth of medication. I asked if it would be sent to the pharmacy today because my child has been out of most of her meds for at least a few days and it’s been taking a toll on her on her mental health. (The same as it has this past month because it took Melissa 20-22 days to send in a prior authorization for the insurance company.) I was told he was not sure, that I would have to call back and speak to Melissa and that he already tried to call her and she was not in her office. I called the office directly after the appointment and was not able to reach anyone. I called again at 5:06pm and had to leave a message as no one answered, after contacting the pharmacy today find out no scripts have been sent over. And now here we are at 6am and I am having to call mobile crisis for her. End all be all is they have a total disregard for their patients well being and mental health and it seems they intentionally take their time. When I bought this to their attention I was told I can go find another provider if I want. I explained I just wanted things to be done how they should. The pharmacy shouldn’t have to send a prior authorization request multiple times and still have the patient reaching out to them to push them to complete it.
