My daughter has the best experience with both her speech therapist. Mrs. Ashley and Mrs. Samantha are both great with her. They have both worked with her so great that my daughter has improved so much in her speech! I am so thankful that she has two wonderful therapist who understand her.

I have legal grounds to sue MTS Kids for gross negligence. As a single mom, I have been the only one to advocate for me and my son, and I will continue to do so. I had to take my son out numerous times because of a “fever” with his temperature never actually reaching 100.4. A temperature of 100.4 or higher is considered a fever according to medical standards. I requested photos of his temperature, and they never sent any. They’re still using the head thermometers, which we all know they aren’t accurate and never have been. Each time I took my son out, I took him to the doctor for them to check his temperature, and every single time, the doctor told me he didn’t have a fever or was considered contagious. The last time I had to take him out, Sarah and his therapists ignored the doctor’s note and tried to tell me that he still had a fever to prove a point (which he didn’t according to the doctor and nurses). They said that because he was still running a “fever,” I had to keep him home the next day. I figured out that they were protecting an employee with an autoimmune disease. I sent an email to Amanda before my son’s withdrawal requesting a new therapist, and she did nothing. She responded to my email with it wasn’t likely the therapist but that the same problem would continue due to son’s allergies (which aren’t contagious). I was also told that they no longer accept doctor’s notes. I called other therapy centers ran under Cicero Therapies in Indiana, and they ALL told me they accept doctor’s notes. With the amount of work I had to miss due to my child not being sick or contagious based on medical standards, I have all grounds to file a lawsuit against them. I am learning that ABA centers are not there to actually advocate for you and your child, but they will do everything to protect themselves and their employees based on what makes them “comfortable.” I would recommend somewhere else or another path for your child.

I absolutely love MTS Kids! My daughter attends speech therapy here, and the progress she’s made has been incredible. The staff are truly amazing—so caring, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. It’s been such a joy to watch my child grow and learn in such a nurturing environment. I’m so grateful for all the advantages and opportunities she’s received here. If you’re looking for a place that genuinely cares about your child’s development, MTS Kids is the best!

My son does ABA therapy here and absolutely LOVES it. He loves it so much that he tries to drag me to the car on the weekends so that I can take him! Everybody is so kind and supportive and I feel so grateful to have found them!

A friend recommended MTS Kids to me when I was searching for a speech therapist for my son. We were able to get an evaluation scheduled promptly and started working with Liz. It’s been about 3 months and my son’s language development has improved dramatically! Liz is an amazing SLP, she always brings high energy and is very enthusiastic. We truly love seeing her every week.

I would highly recommend MTS kids! My son has been with Samantha 4 years.She is warm, loving kind and really understands how my son learns. She has gotten him to florish over the past few yrs. She is always coming up with new ideas to get him to communicate. Example: she introduced Miss Ashley to him one day a week to help increase his progress. By working together they really get him engaged. Ashley is wonderful!! I really appreciate these ladies! I know I can trust them and the practice to keep my son safe and cared for like he is one of theirs! MTS kids is a five-star and I do not like to give up five stars cuz no one's perfect. The office staff, the other therapists are always so helpful

Our SLP at McCullough, Andrea, is so patient, energetic, kind and intentional with our five year old son during his Speech Therapy. She is very communicative about his weekly progress and gives great instructions and handouts that help us practice with our son at home. We are thrilled to be a part of the McCullough family and value Andrea’s training, expertise in this field, her guidance and her continued support with our son in his speech journey. We couldn’t be more grateful to have Andrea’s one on one sessions for our son’s therapy. Thank you, McCullough, Andrea and the entire team!! You guys are the best. 💛

Although we have not been here that long my baby girl has a great relationship with everyone here. Ashley is her Speech and eating therapists. My child is thriving and loves her so much .
