First of all the lumper fee expensive $470 and waiting to get unload five hour and I’m still here. They haven’t brought my paperwork.
In and out took all product off truck.
No parking, appt time 20:00 checked in 19:30. Got a door right away and unloaded my 3 pallets in about the first 15 minutes. Then didn’t get a message to pay lumper until 3 hours later. Had more stops so I was worried about the rest of the load not being cooled properly.
My appointment was at 8 pm these good people checked me in at 6pm got a door and waiting to get unloaded
Some one can me explain how Cdl drivers, need follow the law with that type of facility's, arrived arrived in 8.47 my (9 is appointment) got unloaded in 2.45 pm. Wait 1.26 hour untouchable, put on a slipper and go to sleep. People who's following the law do not go here no overnight parking. Will gonna be stay here at least whens split time will work 8 hour +. This place need a DOT officer on a yard. (Dry van)

Last 4 times they have delivered they have hit our freezer door damaging it beyond repair. It will no longer seal and shut properly KFC Tate’s creek center Lexington Kentucky
