It is very hard to get a hold of this office, especially being a first time patient. I scheduled an appointment with them last Monday and was told I'd receive an email with a new patient packet to fill out and appointment details. Never received it as of today. I called Thursday to reschedule my appointment, and then again today (Monday morning) and still have not received any word back from this office. It is disappointing that this office does not care more about their patients mental wellbeing.
