When looking for ABA for my son I was told many great things about this company. although it was a brand new company, I thought I would give it a try because we got ABA so fast. For the first three months things went pretty smoothly we did all in home service but after that things went downhill very fast. He started going to their clinic, which was exciting to help with my son fear of strange places but I was very nervous because my son is pretty much non verbal. The bcba told me they had cameras and they gave me a tour of the center. So I allowed him to attend the clinic but then we went through multiple therapist and BCBAs. They would call out or just be pretty much a babysitter instead of therapist. I tried working very closely with management to correct these issues and stay with the company. My son would come home with mosquito bites all over his legs after being told they had bug service (clearly it wasn’t working) then after being with this company for little over a year after picking my son up from the clinic I noticed a large bruise on his back from shoulder to shoulder. I messaged our BCBA and they said to not have any knowledge of anything happening. I immediately took him to the hospital and filed a police report. The next day i requested to view the camera system and received an email from the owners boyfriend which is the operation manager I guess that they don’t have camera because of HIPPA law… which is the complete opposite of what I was told and it’s just simply not true. I discontinued service with this company immediately. All the way around this company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with please do not send your child to this company!

They are leaders in their field and provide high quality, compassionate care to their clients and families.

Great big place for your kiddos, staff very professional & knowledgeable ABA. Very attentive ♥️ towards your child.
