I am appalled by the lack of professionalism at this company and their total ineptitude and complete incompetence in handling any task. These folks not only snooped my professional LinkedIn profile when I called to make my son an appointment, before we were ever actual clients, but they called CPS and filed unfounded false claims before ever meeting me or my child or having an appointment with us. CPS saw right through it and dismissed it abruptly. They violate patient privacy and have no interest in supporting you or your family. Snooping patient LinkedIn profiles? Talk about creating bias in care, which is crazy concerning and should and will be reported to the state. Drive your child to Lubbock, Roswell, Albuquerque or anywhere else you need to but you stay as FAR away from these people as possible with your children if you care about theirs and your privacy and safety. They are also in a tiny town in BFE of corn-fed, gossipy good ol' boys and drama queens which would explain why they think it's okay to snoop on their patients' social media. I wouldn't give any stars if I could. TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I have not used their services. I called one day and they said they take private insurance. I called back seven days later and they said they only take Medicaid.

The ladies here have been so wonderful and have helped my children’s development tremendously!
