I learned a lot about targeted exercises to optimize joint function and stability, using correct form and body alignment for those exercises and appreciated the individual feedback during the 6 sessions. The access to the printed materials and videos has been particularly helpful as well, really reinforcing the learning experience for me.

I feel incredibly blessed to have found an exceptional Physical Therapist in Alicia Haseltine in Sitka, AK. Last year, when her business “Medicine by Movement” was still a fledgling entity, she came to my home and addressed some nagging structural issues for me. She also met me at the local gym to instruct me on site with some equipment and exercises that would benefit me. This fall, when I returned to Sitka, I had a painful foot injury that was limiting my ability to walk. Thankfully I had Alicia! She quickly identified the root of the problem and has helped me remedy it with passive and active physical therapy work. Her knowledge and skill are immense and the residents of Sitka are fortunate to have a practitioner of her caliber in the community. I would highly recommend her!
