I have had a changed of heart regard this place.Since their is a new team of staff.I have nothing but wonderful things to say.My son loves it there and the staff is so understanding . Especially Joy she is so nice and helpful.My son behavioral techs are wonderful as well.The lsu team has been great as well and my son is doing so much better behavioral wise.👍
My great grandson is11 years old and can't read or write, he has been going to this school for 5 years,,someone is not doing there job

I do not recommend this place, they take their students to the park at Crowley park and play so rough with the children, practically trying to get the students to fall off of the swings or play scape. Says I’m disturbing the peace because I said it’s too rough for my non autistic child to be played with like that, and an apparent “ not worker / teacher” is also playing with the autistic children. Very unprofessional if I could give 0 stars I would.
The worst provider for mentally ill people. Everyone just gets paid to say they saw a patient for 3 minutes and never follow up. It's impossible to get proper help through this c
Would rate 0 stars if I could. Terrible environment, don't know how this place is still in business. Clearly do not care about the children's growth, strange BCBA's especially one named Kari. Very rude and incompetent, ignores my questions, and is the reason this business is losing clients. She needs some guidance and learn how to be more professional, as she clearly lacks that.
Great nurses. They always make sure I have my meds and make sure I'm taking them and they make sure if I don't need anything else. I have recently moved to Pineville, La. and transferred back to the Alexandria crew. Same thing, Wonderful crew. Thanks for everything Lake Charles Team 2. Y'all will be missed. We are deaf and they are really helping use Soo much . They have IRS for the deaf .. Very friendly alot help love the team
