They have some incredible Bcbas and most therapist were wonderful. Unfortunately we had a very unnerving experience with a particular therapist and how she treated our child, we voiced our complaints and could not reach an agreement, overall I feel it could have been handled differently and left very disappointed.

Horrible Experience 0/10! No cameras to see if the stories they are telling or truthfully or not. My son had many accidents & I was always told he did something that he normally never does. I didn’t work 2 years to be with my son, so I know the stories were false. My son went there 2 days & public school 3 days a week. His public school teachers gave me more information about my son then they did on the daily. Mercy staff & those uncertified tech were wolves in sheep clothes.

They are the absolute best hands down . My son started out non verbal when he first started and not even a full two months he is now saying words and attempting to speak full sentences. He has learned so much and the staff is amazing and so loving !!!

Ojala pudiera dar 5 Estrellas pero tristemente no puedo , mi hijo lleva unos 6 meses cojiendo sus terapias en mercy , un centro muy disorganizado, e estado viajando 30 minutos de distancia y cuando llego me dicen que la terapia fue cancelada en multiples ocaciones! Y lo mas terrible y devastador es que en una terapia alguien del personal le enseño videos de misterios ( " lady dancing killer" ) traumando a mi hijo por 3 noches sin poder dormir , y solo me respondieron que no volveria pasar , no me dieron nombre ni informacion de la persona que lo hizo contratan personal sin experiencia y madurez necesaria! Realmente no lo recomiendo.

Most patient therapist , I can really truly tell they have huge passion for what they do !! I honestly never felt so thankful in my life 🤍
