Wonderful facility! Great staff all the way around!

If you want your kid to be overmedicated, this is the place to go. They prescribed my son 35 mg of Adderall and he’s only 14 years old. It changes his whole personality. Dr Grayson bridger you should be ashame of yourself for not getting both parents involved you should also feel bad for over prescribing my kid and I hope this gets dealt with because I’m taking it to the next level

I was referred to Mercy Behavioral Health by my Primary, for counseling. I was told if I didn’t hear from them by week 2 to contact them. At the end of week 3 I reached out to them and they told me I needed to be referred-advised I was- and then they told me it’s a 3 month wait. I asked if they were going to call and tell me that, and she said it’s the patients job to reach out and find that out (even though historically, referrals are supposed to be called by the clinic themselves to set up appts). Luckily, it wasn’t urgent in my case, but if it was they told me just to call 911. The woman who answered the call was short and cut me off with my remaining questions. Mental health is important, and the fact that they don’t actively call their referrals to tell them about the long wait, to at least get put on the schedule, is unprofessional. I won’t be going here.

Went there for an appointment and it went well so I had them schedule me for another appointment. However when it came time to attend the second appointment I was not able to go so I called there office to let them know I was going to have to cancel. A few days later I received a letter in the mail saying that according to their records I had a no show and that if I miss two more appointments they will no longer take me as a patient. Yet I called their office directly to cancel. I will not be going here any longer.

I've been coming to this clinic for nearly 10 years and couldn't be happier with the care I'm provided. Dr Scholma, his nurse and the front desk staff are all so helpful and kind in every interaction. Very compassion driven environment.

I researched and found who I needed to see. I call the office to schedule the appt. and a lady by the name of Theresa tells me they are 3 years out. Well if I felt I could wait 3 years I wouldn't be calling so early. They are marked as taking new patients and I really wanted to meet with Dr. Randal Scholma, but I guess that will not be able to happen. Very disappointing.
