Bcba they have should not be certified nor licensed. It has been nothing but games with Michelle and I advise anyone to look else where before dealing with her. Most of the tech have been great but the bcba has the mentality it’s her way or no way.

I went to this place for 3 years because my parents made me, and once I turned 18 they treated me very poorly. The male psychiatrist broke patient confidentiality with my parents and told my mother behind my back I was lying about symptoms I was having when I insisted I needed help with those symptoms. My therapist I saw for years moved away to do private practice, leaving me to start fresh with someone else. When I tried to find a new therapy location, mercy options withheld all my psychiatric medication refills- none of which were controlled substances. They didn’t even offer to bridge my medications until I was able to find a new therapist and psychiatrist. This led to me being medication-less for 3 weeks which ultimately led to me having to get a new job and put my college school work on hold for a month. Ever since I became an adult I never had a good experience at options. They made me feel uncomfortable and scared to talk.

If I could do a negative stars I would.. I call in desperate need of help they are the only place who takes my state insurance and was told that they were not taking new cases and then wished me LUCK... like hope the rope around your neck does it's job

So they make me wait an entire month just to get a first session with some therapist they don’t even tell me much about or I don’t even know if we will be a good match or if she can actually help me. I get a voice message a week before to call their number about my appointment. I’m told that I should know not to call because it’s simply an appointment reminder and that nobody calls back this number after telling the lady exactly what the voice message was. I call today about my appointment because the therapist is supposed to call me and hasn’t, only to find out apparently the whole thing was cancelled and, of course, they can only get me in 2 weeks later.

I naively have continued to give this place a chance as the location makes it accessible to me as a disabled person. However, the treatment and lack thereof of it I've received is appalling. Ridiculously long wait times that would be fine if they didn't cancel on you repeatedly and express no remorse over having to restart that process, a broken cancelation wait list, after hours therapists lying about contacting your therapist to have them call you, assistants who call you right before they close, no way of directly contacting your psychiatrist which would be fine if the assistants could listen for even five seconds or knew the situation at all. Currently am with a psychiatrist who despite explicitly repeatedly requesting an antidepressant got prescribed an antipsychotic and paid for it not knowing they would be this negligent. This psych also didn't listen to concerns over insurance coverage and screwed up the whole process. A previous psychiatrist continued to push for latuda despite debilitating exhaustion and no positive results, telling me that that was my only option and that nothing else would work for me, which is particularly problematic b/c it was so incredibly expensive compared to lamotrigine that I was prescribed by someone else later which offered more the same requirements I had and minimal to no issues with drowsiness. I am unfortunately not in the best position to find somewhere else, but I highly advise to not waste your time. The vast majority of them do not want to help you nor do they even care a minute ounce about you. It doesn't matter how simple you request is, how much you advocate for yourself, nor how much money you pay into this horrible clinic.

Possibly the worst behavioral health treatment I've ever had in my life. But it really upsets me to the point I actually come write a review, that my appointments gets canceled and I don't get a single notification. Then it takes 3 months to see the Dr. again just so i can tell them my med's aren't working properly. Because of my HMO, I have to come here because it's the only place that takes Mercy HMO.
