DONT come here! This used to be Sartori, it WAS good! My mom & a dad to me worked there for over 25 years! Went last night in withdrawal from a med I had been taking for 13 years! The er nurses meh okay, the “Dr” should have her license taken as she didn’t have a clue! Told me to go to detox at the other NOT MERCIFUL ONE! I was kicked out of for a bad foot surgery & told to go home and take care of myself with an alcoholic friend! I REFUSED. Went to Waverly same BOLOGNA! I pray NOT MERCIFUL one gets taken OUT & God brings back COVENANT! God have mercy & bless the Dr & staff who did NOTHING! Maybe watch Patch Adams or get a different job since you have NO clue! I went into semi bad withdrawals later, head tingling, hands sweaty, felt odd, & nearly past out a few times! Gemeni google AI said call 911 you’re about to have a seizure. I called & was brought to the hospital I used to work for, who did do the RIGHT thing. Put a tele, checked my BO which was high & heart was racing. That Dr had a CLUE, gave me a 10 mg pill of mt med, stopped the withdrawals & gave me a 3 month script, plus a 15 pill back up! GOD BLESS HIM & the VERY kind nurses! Like I said DONT come here! 🙏
I went to Sartori ER for a back spasm. When I walked to the counter struggling to say my problem because of the pain, they looked at me puzzled and without speaking handed me a clipboard. After barely looking at me, they told me that they were incapable of treating me there and the only thing they could offer me was to start narcotics and then have me transported to Waterloo by ambulance. They hadn't even offered me a wheel chair in the 15-20 minutes I'd been there, so I left. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $1750! This was absurd considering my actual treatment at Allen's ER and several hours stay only cost me $600. If you have more than a splinter and value money, don't go to Sartori's ER!
The nurses are terrible on the ER. They don't fill out important documents. They literally sent me home with a blank report. Signatures are missing on treatments I received. Just terrible. I'll be looking more into this and might take legal action. Some of them acted like they were on drugs. It was weird!
Had the absolute worse nurse in my life on Friday night in ER. Was very rude, condescending, ripped the test equipment off my chest. Just disgusting treatment from him. No way he should be a nurse.
Went to the urgent care clinic today because I had chest pains and couldn’t catch my breath (panic attack) and blurred vision from a migraine, they told me there was nothing they could do there and I needed to go to the ER. Got to the ER, told them my issues like above and then waited in the room for an hr, Dr driver (think that was her name) came in asked me a bunch of questions then asked me to show her my teeth, I said why do I need to show you my teeth? No response from her, told her I’ve been on a high dose of prednisone for the past Six years and I just recently had to get my teeth pulled due to how bad prednisone is For your body, It literally destroyed my teeth, So my dentist had to pull them because of That. She made me feel like I was a meth head And was only there to get drugs. And said there was nothing wrong with me and I said then why am I feeling the way I am If that’s the case, then I’ll just leave so I got up took off the blood pressure Machine And said thanks for nothing, then they tried to keep me in the emergency room, I said I can get better service from a free walk-in clinic and they wouldn’t let me leave until I signed A waiver. I just kept asking them to open the door and lock it so I can leave, I’ve never been talked to like that by a doctor or treated like that, never had a history of drug abuse, prescription abuse or any abuse on any alcohol or drugs, I also have a lot of autoimmune diseases, the doctor acted like she could care less that that may be one of the causes.
Absolutely no patient privacy. While staying back waiting for my turn in line, I could hear every single thing. The receptionist was confirming with the lady in front of me about exactly what she was there to be seen for that day. It was pretty private matters and they did not protect her privacy because I could hear everything and I was behind the sign. The front desk is not the place to confirm that.
