worst place every I walk in and my parents ask for help they took my to a bed and it felt like bricks and the blanket was like concrete and they had me in and out in five minutes but later that day I took a step to the fridge and every stitch popped and we went back and they said sorry but there is nothing we can do.
This is in addition to the review I wrote about 8 months ago and still no response to the issues I raised regarding Michael Gerber, DNP-NP-C, PMHNP-BC. In my previous review I conveyed my concerns and have been in touch with the appropriate parties at BHU, etc. In short, in a telephone conversation with Mr. Gerber regarding my husband’s care, Mr. Gerber referenced medical records from a hospital stay in another state purportedly related to my husband. Since my husband had never been in that state, these clearly were not my husband’s records. I have made numerous attempts to receive copies of the records, or a statement from the appropriate parties/entities stating why they are unable or unwilling to provide the records and a statement explaining how much of the information contained in the subject records was used to determine my husband’s treatment. We likely won’t receive copies of the records, but they are imperative to determine if my husband received the proper care and treatment. We are, however, entitled to the rest of the information we requested. After numerous telephone calls and emails, I received a letter from the hospital, indicating that they “regret my experience did not meet my expectations.” This was not a hotel stay people, and the expectation would be appropriate medical care for my husband . This was not addressed in their letter. When I attempted to follow up by calling the number on the letter to reiterate my concerns, I was told the Hospital considers the matter closed. Further, I was advised by a patient advocate to “drop it.“ Clearly, the hospital, related entities and medical professionals are hiding something. If they were not, the information requested would be forthcoming without question. I am not dropping it and I am not going away until I get what has been requested. There is something wrong here. Very, very wrong. So, if you see Mr. Gerber ask him, “Mikey, when are you going to produce the LaCrosse documents?” Truthfully, this is all on him. Based on what is available to me and conversations I have had, it appears Mr. Gerber is hiding something and the hospital is covering it up. If this statement was factually, incorrect, 8 months later we would have received everything we asked for and not have been told to drop it. Again, I expect I will receive another form letter.
