Office staff gives you the run-around, has you jumping through hoops, calling your insurance, trying to get them to agree to cover the bill only to find out it was all a waste of time. Mesa View never had an any intentions on accepting my insurance, and Cassandra knew it. It’s very disappointing because I had heard this is a great place to go for physical therapy.

Was so amazing! Not only was the work out and stretches great for my recovery and help me get to playing sports again, but the staff was so kind and quick to help.

I had my first initial consult at this facility almost 3 weeks ago. I was told that I would be contacted by the end of that week to schedule appointments once my insurance approved the visits. I never received a phone call and had to call myself the following week. Whoever i spoke with claimed the paperwork was filed wrong and I was listed as self pay so they would need to resubmit the paperwork. I have had to call repeatedly to get any updates but I was always met with excuses. I called again this morning and was told my insurance approved me for physical therapy the day prior but no one called to relay this information. I told them to cancel my referral and I will go elsewhere. After almost a month of needing physical therapy this facility has absolutely no customer service as not a single staff has bothered to call me to relay any information. This is an appalling way to treat a would-be patient.

Went there for PT after total knee replacement. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. After 4 weeks of PT I can bend my knee to 132 degrees and 0 degrees straight. I'm 77 years old. The staff did a Great job.

I was a patient here at Mesa View Physical Therapy. I came here 1-2 times per week for 2 years. I never encountered any issues until this past Summer. From May through August of 2024, I was met with reoccurring hostility, frustration and retaliation by Cassandra, from the billing department, after I wrote a letter to the owner explaining an incident involving her unprofessional conduct toward me one particular afternoon. I also began pool therapy with Katelyn this past Summer. I was looking forward to working with Kate after seeing her interact with some of the other patients. Although my body responded well to being in the water, Katelyn was never encouraging or motivating in any way toward my therapy as one would expect from their therapist. She always seemed distracted, tired, overwhelmed and weighed-down with personal struggles. She nonchalantly said things to me, during our conversations, that seemed to misrepresent her actual qualifications. Katelyn is not a Physical Therapist, she is a Physical Therapist’s Assistant. At the onset, my first couple of sessions with Kate went well, however, those sessions quickly turned into, often-times, her using my allotted pool therapy time with her as an opportunity for her to heavily voice and vent her family traumas, personal struggles and frustrations onto me. It was really awkward and uncomfortable being on the receiving end of her negativity. One day, I took the initiative and wrote Kate a really nice handwritten letter of encouragement hoping that would ease some of her tensions and foster a more positive environment from her as she would sometimes get impatient and “stand off-ish” when I talked about my needs and concerns as a patient. I empathize with this young lady, I care about her well-being and I hope she is able to find the proper guidance she is looking for, but these were my therapy sessions, not hers. It was recently brought to my attention that Katelyn has disciplinary actions against her license by the Nevada Physical Therapy Board for misrepresentation. Also, my health insurance provider indicated to me this Summer that they would be discontinuing my therapy here at Mesa View Physical Therapy due to insufficient information provided to them from my physical therapist, Rob. My health insurance provider also indicated what further documentation they needed from my physical therapist in order to easily appeal their decision so I could continue on with my therapy. My physical therapist kept reassuring me that he had submitted, several times over the course of the Summer, detailed descriptions along with additional supporting documentation, on my behalf, however, I was recently informed by my health insurance provider that they never received any submissions or documentation from my physical therapist or from Mesa View, at any given time, regarding an appeal for my continuation of treatment and physical therapy. In addition, some of the therapy equipment here is in much need of repairs. I trusted these people at Mesa View Physical Therapy with my health and well-being. I confided in them and relied on their empathy, compassion and professionalism and instead I was misled and retaliated against by Cassandra, Katelyn and Rob, here at Mesa View Physical Therapy. I refuse to subject myself to this kind of environment. These people are supposed to be held to a higher standard of professionalism, especially in an intimate medical setting such as this, than most. There is no room for error of this magnitude. I am so saddened and heartbroken. I’m thoroughly disappointed in these people of whom I thought cared for my well being.

I went there for the first time, everyone was welcoming and awesome! Steve saw me about my vertigo issue, and explained everything. He taught how to handle at home if it happens. He performed some maneuvers on me, and I walked out feeling good and haven’t experienced any vertigo since. 👍👍👍
