My counselor was about the only pleasant part of this entire facility. Very nice and understanding.
Nurse is awful causing problems because why doesn't she have a job to do i don't go to be judged and humiliated by someone who isn't happy with out causing trouble and harm late on med refills medical records with the wrong date and they act like I'm after drugs they have no idea how hard mental illness is just judgemental

They will prescribe medication that isn’t appropriate for treatment under order refills and then will treat you like a junkie the moment you bring up concerns about your medication. They are unprofessional, unethical, and unfit.
Had the pleasure of seeing DR. Bill Bishop and I cannot recommend him enough! Very good listener and understanding. Goes through all of your care options. The receptionist and nurse were also amazing! Thank you for helping me and getting me on the right track!
Doctor started me on ketamine and then when I’m having ups and downs and going crazy called the front desk and she (C) told me I couldn’t see him. Called and left message for the nurse and told her I was going to stop the ketamine and she left message telling me not to stop it. Call again, I told her I was going crazy and still no appointment. Front desk told me to go to Lutheran Family Health for help.
