We've been taking our child to Metro for 3 years. Through this time, we've been nothing short of blown away by the staff and administration. Their knowledge of the insurance system is amazing (we couldn't navigate the insurance world without them), their BCBA's, techs, OT & Speech professionals are extremely qualified and their administration truly cares about the children trusted to their care. Every time I meet a new employee of Metro's I'm amazed by their skill and care. Metro hires only the best, and it shows in the treatment/plans/reports they create for our daughter. I waited 3 years before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure this was the place we trusted with our little one. My wife and I are very pleased/blessed we found Metro West!
