MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy - Speech, Occupational & ABA Centers

Really disappointed, I made my daughter an appointment for occupational therapy for feeding issues. A speech therapist joined the session for the evaluation, I didn't think much of it because my daughter is only 12 months old and I never mentioned any speech concerns. Come to find I'm being charged for two separate sessions for both therapist to be in the room at the same time. I feel very mislead on what I was signing up for. I was told one session what a certain amount and not that I'm being signed up for 2 separate sessions at one time. I also think they need to focus on cleanliness. I don't feel outside shoes (that clearly are worn outside) should be worn in a therapy room and on the play mat where a child is crawling around.

We’ve had an amazing experience with Veedra and Becca, and the front staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in my son’s growth in both speech and OT. I couldn’t ask for better support! They not only come through with so much information and resources when I ask for it, but offer it as opportunities come along.

My son has been attending the West Bloomfield campus for the last 2.5 years. His OT Sarah and ST Kelsey are AMAZING! They are calm, patient, supportive and extremely knowledgeable in their fields! I’m beyond grateful for them and all that they have done!

My son received speech and OT services at MetroEHS over the summer, and we had a wonderful experience. He absolutely loved going to his sessions, and it was amazing to see how excited he was each time. The therapists are warm, patient, and truly caring, and they made him feel comfortable from day one. We’re so grateful for the progress he made and for the positive environment MetroEHS provides. Highly recommend!

The staff is fantastic! Becca is great with my daughter and I'm seeing so much progress. Her teachers at school have noticed as well. Ms. Vee is super friendly and knows all the kids; they love her!

It’s amazing to find a clinic that offers all the services my son needs in one place. We’ve been with this clinic for just under a year, and I have 0 complaints. My son has made phenomenal progress. The staff is patient, kind, and most importantly caring and involved. I recommend MetroEhs to anyone who asks! I get daily task sheets that help me see what my sons done throughout the day, weekly parent training that helps teach me how to help him flourish, and when he has a major achievement, they’re quick to give me a call to share the great news. All in all, we love it here.

We absolutely love coming here. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and overall just a great environment . My child absolutely loves her time she spends working with Mrs. V and I have seen so many great developmental improvements in her speech since starting here. 10/10 would definitely recommend
