If I could give you a zero, I would. You call yourself a professional but you lack empathy or compassion. People make mistakes yet you fail to recognize them. My family member had their first appointment time wrong and you dropped them as a patient without even taking the time to consider that maybe just maybe they wrote it down wrong. What is wrong with you?? You are supposed to be there to help and guide. Instead you allowed your ego to get in the way. I truly hope that the next patient that reaches out to you for help that you remember why you went into this field. Damn!!! You sir are part of the ongoing mental health problem in this country.
