Michelle Ragazzine and her team have been working with my son for almost 6 years now. My son is in his late teens so we have met many providers over the years and I can attest to the fact that Michelle and her team are extremely professional, ethical and very good at what they do. Michelle takes great care in hiring only the most professional staff and trains them very well. She is always responsive to any concerns or needs that I have as a parent. I never have to worry when a new team member is added to my sons team. I know that we are in good hands. Further, I run a very active CT based special needs group with almost 5k families. We share reviews on different agencies quite frequently. Michelle's agency always gets high praise from other families as well.
