Horrible…. Who discharges a child due to a missed appointment without parent’s consent? Was the child supposed to skip graduation? Now we have to start all over again somewhere else! Fyi these people did not help don't waste your time!
I HAD TWO INTAKE APPOINTMENTS. THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE, HAD ME SIGN DOCUMENTATION, I EVEN SPOKE WITH A THERAPIST. WE SCHEDULED A THIRD APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK LATER. AFTER I LEFT, TWO HOURS LATER I WAS TOLD THEY “WONT BE ABLE TO HAVE 8 SESSIONS” WITH ME AND THEY “WONT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH REQUIRED COURT DOCUMENTATION” WHICH WAS THE ONLY REASON WHY I ATTENDED THE THERAPY SESSIONS!!! THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I PROMISE. Attend by your own discretion.— MARILYN JOHNSON.
Their umbrella of service is misleading,approach to therapy is off.That aura in that building feels weird.They make things worst instead of better.
The Prospects program at Mid-Fairfield Child Guidance was a game changer for our daughter. The staff there are so caring and competent. Bobby and Steve poured so much into our daughter and helped her grow immensely in her ability to regulate emotions.
Our experience here has really impacted our family. My son is receiving phenomenal treatment as well as solid support for myself to navigate through my sons treatment journey.
Reached out to these people for help and they created even more stress and an even bigger problem for my life. Work things out in the privacy of your own home. Don't trust these people.
