I have been seeing Jillian for the past 3 years and she has been such a gift in my life and my healing journey. I love being able to go to therapy and feeling validated, loved, heard, and seen in my struggles. She is very professional and truly values what’s best for her clients!

Both of my kids see providers in this office, my son works with Dr Stratman and my daughter works with Dr Maikranz. We started with this office about 3 months ago and they have been fantastic to work with and I am grateful for the support they have provided! Both of my kids look forward to going to their appointments. I look forward to their continued progress!

I have been seeing DrJulie Maikranz for 8ish years now and I have had nothing but absolute great things to say about her and the company. Everyone is so nice and considerate. I have gotten so much help from them. High recommend!

I’ve been coming here for 9-10 years now, and I love them. I love Dr. Maikranz and Dr. Antoniak, they are so sweet and have always been there for me. All the staff is very sweet and they are a very welcoming group of people and environment. I’m living out of state now, and have still decided to stay with Midwest Behavioral Health via telehealth. I plan to stick with them as long as I can!

Susan Gripp was going to be my daughter's new therapist. However, I missed the initial appointment due to transportation issues and rescheduled for a day last week. We showed up at the appointment on time, but when I was trying to check in the receptionist said they had us marked down that I canceled the appointment. I DIDN'T . I was then told I would get a call this week to schedule for next week. I didn't get a call so I called their office today. After a brief hold, the lady tells me that Susan has made the decision to part ways due to too many cancelations! I'm absolutely furious and find this extremely ignorant. The place didn't care that I said we never canceled and it was disregarded as a fact. I rescheduled ONE time, never have even spoken to SUSAN and now I have to start looking for another one all over again. She is a MENTAL HEALTH therapist!!! How is delaying my daughter's therapy helpful in that area? I feel sorry for her other patients and it goes to show that most EVERYTHING, especially in this incident, is all about the mighty dollar and that's the most important issue in the big picture.

Experience was great for many many years, Tim Riley and Kara Antoniak are both great people that are wonderful to work with. The problem is with the office staff. They never get messages relayed, sometimes you wait a week to get a response or an answer, most of the time you have to call THEM back. Set up an appointment in January, next opening was March 30th, that’s fine, sometimes you have to wait. But they waited until the DAY OF my appointment (1 hour prior) to tell me they don’t take my new insurance and it was over 6 months since my last visit and I would have to be a (new patient) which they didn’t want…which is totally fine and I get it. But they had 195 days to tell me that and I could have been setting up an appointment elsewhere. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get into the new place because of their negligence. I recommend finding a place that is invested in you as a person, and not a place where people show up to work and do the absolute bare minimum and call it a day. (usually at your expense).
