After 2.5 months of giving this place a shot, it was not a good fit for us. The lack of communication and feedback on progress is where I was most disappointed. If your child is struggling with behavior issues, I suggest looking into a specialist/tele options.. Part of ADHD behavior therapy is parent coaching/training. I never once received any of that. They also have the worst online billing system that never works, nor do they mail you a bill. Who knows how much I owe - seems weird. We moved on to a specialist. I hope this review helps anyone considering mile markers for behavior therapy. I'm sure they have some decent PT/SLP/OT services, if your lucky enough to score a true therapist versus an assistant or an under qualified staff member. Good luck parents!

Called 3 times and came in person but turned away with no call back! Great customer service !

In just one year my son who was barely talking and only existed in his own world has opened up and become a little chatter box. He also was moving many fine motor skills now he is tying own shoes, cutting food, writes, and cuts confetti all over the place. MILEMARKERS are champs they work to customize each child’s care help them reach goals. They support the kids and their families’ the entire way.

My son goes to the one in Lake Havasu, AZ. I love the atmosphere and the staff is really nice. Most importantly my son is so excited when he’s goes for his sessions. The only thing I hope they change soon is more availability for speech therapy. My son was evaluated 4 months ago and still not receiving it, he doesn’t do well with the virtual learning either. Also, I feel they need to offer more hours for services and I mean more than one or two. Especially in a town that doesn’t offer a lot of resources to begin with for autism/special needs.

Milemarkers has been a life saver for our family. Carissa and Katie are truly amazing and have taken the time to build a special bond with my daughter. Let me tell you that is not always easy to do. We would truly be lost without these 2 amazing women. Our daughter has moved mountains in her therapy and I truly believe that her progress is 100% because of their amazing dedication to her. Thank you so much!

We love Milemarkers! Casey is a God sent! She knows exactly what my son needs for therapy and works magic. I credit so much of his growth to her and am so thankful and appreciative of her hard work with him.
