Milestone Behavioral Health

Therapist was nice but I feel like they really didn't have anything right. Telehealth protocols were not there. How the hell are you going to have it where the therapists are pretty much in a fend for yourselves mode with telehealth. You should have a dedicated platform or a universal guideline. There was no cohesion in my treatment team or plan. I don't even think I had a proper treatment plan in three years now that I think of it. Also they would much happily ship me to The Lodge all the time instead of actually do their jobs and work within their own organization. Run, don't walk away from here and I do NOT want to hear the genetic apology reply because you did the damage...I want you to FIX IT!

I can't say how much I appreciate milestone.Not in any way that does them real justice. I sought out services for my children during a very turbulent divorce and custody battle in which in the end only one of my children remains with me for various reasons. Our councilor Ms Cochran is a true Angel.she worked with us through some of the darkest moments of my and my child's lives and help him to develop the coping skills and emotional maturity to let him blossom into the young man he deserves to be. As a single parent navigating a broken home situation it's difficult but along with my family and fiancé Ms Cochran help guide Me in making healthier choices for my child and by extention everyone around me. I highly recommend Milestone to anyone who needs help in developing a healthy skill set as a parent and for their children.

We have been with Milestone since the beginning utilizing wrap around and out patient services and we could not be happier! The professionalism, flexibility, willingness to truly listen and overall care and compassion is unmatched! The therapists are like family and we honestly could not ask for more! So grateful!

Milestone has worked with my family for a few years now. They have always provided the services we needed. We have had struggles with grief and anxiety. I am not a fan of using medications to deal with life's struggles. When I advised Milestone of this, they were willing to work with my family and provided very good communication with my family, I would recommend.

Foster/adoptive parent here. Our family has been with milestones since they started offering services. They take the time to pick the best of the best as far as therapist and drs go. Our therapist have always gone above and beyond for us even in crisis mode. They are very proferrional yet feel like family ! We have no plans of going anywhere anytime soon ! Ty milestones for everything thus far !
