I highly recommend this clinic. My son and I couldn’t be happier with our experience here. He genuinely loved coming to his sessions. Mrs. Lauren Bianchi (SLP) is exceptional—she truly seems born to work with children. Warm, gentle, and deeply professional, she took the time to understand my son’s needs in detail. In every session, she worked tirelessly to identify and address his challenges, listening attentively and approaching everything with genuine care. Her dedication and passion are evident—you can feel that she treats every child as if they were her own.

If I could give Milestone 10 stars, I would! Their therapists are not only world-class clinicians; but even more-so, they make therapy fun, engaging, and have top-notch play skills with the kids. The therapists go above and beyond, and so too do their administrative/billing staff. If you are seeking physical therapy for your kiddo, their staff are some of the highest certified in all of San Diego -- particularly in DMI and Aqua Therapy, some of the most highly-specialized and sought-after services available. I can't thank or recommend these folks enough. Very grateful for what I know will be a LONG relationship together!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. This goes directly to what they call the. “Attendance team” management. The worst ever. Here’s why: ***make sure to read the reviews on yelp!** I receive a text message not even ONE phone call by the way to discuss this matter. About a couple appointments being canceled this month due to being in a car accident that left my car totaled by getting rear ended by another vehicle. In other words this is their way of saying we do not care we don’t get paid when you cancel your appointments even if life happens with unexpected circumstances. This place is so ridiculous that they wanted me to pay for canceling appointment because my child was sick the morning of and was only a two hour notice because of their so-called ridiculous “policy”. Yes the staff and therapist can be great. The management is money hungry clearly. Since being in car accident and not having a vehicle for weeks! Good luck getting your $50 dumb policy for “attends” a joke! Milestone don’t try to now CYOA:) with fake response as everyone should know the ridiculous policy of “attendance”. You were lucky to have our business. The first mistake you made was to text message me about this matter without FIRST calling me. Which 100% not professional by no means. Because of 2 canceled appointments. Which is not a huge impact as you never have appointments available anyways! and will surely be getting more reviews for your ridiculous policy :)

Milestone Pediatric Therapy is just the best. Our son loves going to physical therapy and aquatic therapy and is so excited to see everyone. His physical therapists always go the extra mile for him and his progress has been nothing short of amazing. They have also taught us as parents so much about helping him move, stand, play, and walk. We feel so lucky to have found Milestone and are so incredibly thankful for them!!

The therapists and staff at Milestone have been absolutely life changing for my son. They’ve worked so hard and diligently to make sure my son has been able to excel pass what doctors have predicted considering he was born at 24 weeks. It is an incredible experience to be in such a welcoming and understanding environment with the therapist, staff, and community involved at Milestone.

After 3 months of not being able to find the right therapists for my daughter, we were so lucky to be referred to Milestone by her school Director. From the moment you walk in to the place, you are greeted with the best smiles! The atmosphere is very relaxed and all the therapy is play based, so you are never overwhelmed or anxious. We see Autumn, for Speech Therapy, and Jasmine, for Occupational Therapy. Both of them are so patient and my daughter loves to see them (as do I). Both of them learned about my daughter's interests and habits very quickly and are always happy to change the session activities based on my daughter's moods and energy; never forcing, always encouraging, and motivating. It has been two years since we started and even though Milestone is out-of-network, and not covered by our insurance, I refuse to change therapists, because they are SO GOOD! They are really good about making up for lost sessions, they offer virtual sessions too if you are unable to make it in. If either of them is unavailable, you can request for other therapists to cover the session too! It takes a village to raise a child, and we are SO THANKFUL for Autumn and Jasmine, and everyone at Milestone, our extended family!

The best therapists! They are absolutely wonderful with my son. Everyone is so patient and calm. The front desk is very welcoming and kind and everyone takes the time to say hello and interact with the children even if they aren’t their patients. Autumn S. is my son’s speech therapist and has been kind and patient with my son as he navigates this new experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and know how to help him outside of his sessions as well. He will be starting occupational therapy at Milestone soon too and I can’t wait to see him blossom with the help of their staff! Cannot recommend this office enough
