Milestone Therapy

I wish I could speak to the actual therapy. But all I can review are the 3 weeks and 4 phone calls I spent just trying to get my child on their waitlist. I hope they can get things figured out over there but if you don't have a ton of time on your hands, try somewhere else

I used to love taking my child to Milestone. It was clear that the company took pride in their work and truly cared about the children they served. Unfortunately, over the past year, things have drastically changed. In the last 6 months my daughter has had over 5 OT staff changes, with little to no notice each time. And has been placed on hold for PT for over half a year; with no clear answers or resolutions. I reached out to voice my concerns last week and have yet to receive a response. It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far the quality of care and communication has declined. The children who depend on these services are not receiving the respect, or care, that they deserve, and at this point there is no excuse.

We had our second child with Milestone for 4-5 years. The therapists were always kind and supportive. The caregiver night was always helpful too!

My kiddo attended milestone for years with regards to ABA, speech and OT, and it was an amazing experience until two years ago. I’m not sure what happened but since that time, the staff turn around rate has been extremely high, miscommunications from milestone regarding scheduling and just the lack of appropriate professionalism extended to my kiddo and I has been non-existent. As of today, I received a call stating our sessions have ended effective immediately with the only available time being during school hours. No consideration for my child and his needs nor the fact that we have just been notified of an abrupt departure due to their lack of communication and consideration. My child deserves nothing less than extraordinary care and this place has lost that.

As a busy mom of three littles under 6, I’m not one to leave reviews, however, cannot say enough wonderful things about Milestone. They went above and beyond to help my youngest daughter reach her crawling milestone (in just 3.5 weeks!), demonstrating not only expertise and compassion, but a genuine dedication to her progress. The personalized care and encouragement she received truly made a difference. It is clear that ownership prioritizes both high-quality treatment and a supportive environment, and we are just so grateful for the wonderful experience we had. Thank you again! 🙏

We are in strange, new territory with our son, and Allison always took the time to listen to my concerns, work with my son's teacher, and give us guidance and advice. I know some days were just me needing to share my experience with a safe person, and Allison was always there with a smile to listen. Our son is very particular about who he spends his time with, and he LOVES Ms. Allison. On harder days with him, letting him know it was a "Ms. Allison day" had him jumping up and down with excitement. We truly trust Allison and Milestone, and this mom doesn't trust anyone with her babies! We saw great improvement with my son's independence, fine motor skills, and verbally expressing himself. We learned new ways to work with him and help us all get to a regulated state. It was very needed in our household, and I could not be more grateful. Thank you for employing such fantastic therapists. We will always refer anyone we know to Milestone.
