Milestone Therapy Group

My daughter had speech therapy on Saturdays here. They told me late spring that they had to stop Saturday while looking for another therapist. Last time I called they said it'd be about a month or two. It's now about 4 months later and still never started Saturdays again. Wish they would have told me this from the beginning so I could of started a waitlist somewhere else for Saturday speech therapy. Needless to say, I am now going to start the process of looking for another therapist. When I could have started this process months ago instead.

This facility has been good for the most part but I do have a bone to pick with them. My child was scheduled for an appointment and she caught a regular cold. I called to reschedule but their policy is strict. If you need to reschedule, it has to be in the same the same week. I didn’t have time in my schedule and with the only time they had available the daycare facility my child attend stated they wouldn’t be able to check her back in. Long story short they WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE!!!! And they are charging me even though I mentioned multiple times about picking a different date!! The dates they had to offer were not flexible.

My son has a stutter. He has been going here for about 3 weeks now with 2 appointments a week, 1 virtual and 1 in person. Everyone is so nice and flexible. If we can't make an in person appointment, I can easily change it to a virtual session the day before. So happy I found milestone!

My daughter has been attending milestone for a little more than a month. She was able to get appointments for evaluations quickly and then start therapy quickly. Very happy with OT and speech therapy services that my 4 year old daughter is receiving. She is on the autism spectrum and needed additional therapy, and the therapists at milestone have been so helpful, and I’m already seeing improved communication with my daughter! I highly recommend them!

I took my 26 month old son here for a Speech Evaluation and we had a great experience. Ashley knew how to keep my son engaged and was very genuine and positive. My son loved it (actually didn’t want to leave) and loved all of the toys. I only wish I had his current word count written down because I forgot to mention more than a handful so I am kicking myself for that. Other than that I am so happy that my son felt safe and comfortable.

My 2 year old son goes to Milestone for SPT & OT and we’ve been going for almost 2 months now. My son knows the building/environment as if he’s been going for years. LOL He’s very comfortable with everything from the elevator ride to the actual space where he has his sessions. He’s always ready and willing to go, and the entire team there at Milestone are extremely pleasant. From, Emily & Kyle answering my many questions and concerns on a weekly basis to the open arms of every therapist we’ve come across thus far. Ms. Ashley has become our favorite person. She is extremely knowledgeable and an excellent speech therapist. She is so patient, thoughtful, caring, and has special techniques about her that connect very well with Papa(my son). She is truly a gem that cares so much and has really helped to pull language out of Papa in a matter of months. Mr. Kyle is such a nice man and very kind-hearted as well. I’m looking forward to seeing my son’s progress strengthen more and more throughout our journey here. I’m very optimistic and I believe in Milestone. I feel blessed to have found such a great group of people❤️
