My son currently attends Milestones and I’m looking as we speak for a new agency. They are extremely unorganized and struggle to keep track of their documents. I was told if my son got speech services he would move up the waiting list for ABA therapy. It has been 2 years and still he has not been offered ABA. Every time I try to check on this matter I am given the run around. His speech therapist cancels all the time and never has any feedback after his session. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in serious need of results or consistency.
I hardly ever take the time to actually write a review but after the amazing care my child received I feel it’s necessary. My child absolutely loves her therapist and everyone there has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I’ve noticed major improvements in just the short amount of time we’ve spent there. It’s obvious you want the best for your children and I truly believe Milestones offers the best.
We love Milestones! So thankful for the owner and staff. They truly care about our children and the progress we have made is in incredible!
