Milestones Pediatric Therapy Services

Our son Vaughn started here with OT and Speech therapy and when ABA spots opened they got him in very quickly. He absolutely loves coming here. Every therapist he’s worked with has been amazing and you can tell they all care deeply about the child’s development. They give you tools and ideas to work on at home with your child as well. He looks forward to coming here everyday and his ABA therapist Marissa is literally his best friend. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly my child went from non verbal to speaking full sentences in 6 months of working with his team here.

We were pleased with the services our son received while attending Milestones. They worked with our family to make sure that our son had all of his needed services and created a very caring atmosphere.

Milestones does a tremendous job of helping my child. Their therapists are extremely good at what they do and very personable. The office staff has also been great at scheduling our appointments to accommodate our hectic schedule. I definitely recommend Milestones for pediatric therapy.

My daughter has greatly improved with Mrs. Ashley E. . The staff has also been so great in helping us out with any questions. You can tell they don't only care about the kids but also their families.

The therapists are so AMAZING! They go above and beyond. They truly care about each child and are determined to meet every child’s needs. This is the best therapy clinic around!

My daughter has been a patient of Milestones now for the past 5-6 months. They have helped her tremendously and we are seeing huge improvements in a short period of time. The providers and staff care deeply about the health and well being of their patients and this shines through with each visit. They have made adjustments with COVID but are still helping their patients and keeping everyone safe. They are truly in this for the right reasons. I can't recommend the wonderful folks at Milestones enough. If you child is in need of any of the services they provide I don't think you will find a more qualified team to help you child!

We love their ocupational therapists! Their receptionist is amazing and the reading specialist has made an amazing difference in my sons reading abilities. All around great experience!

I went to Milestone Pediatric therapy services for my observation hours for a program. I enjoy my self so much! The therapist take their job seriously they actually care for the children and want to see them improve! It’s rare to find a practice that ALL therapist LOVE genuinely care for the children! I loved the atmosphere! ❤️❤️

Milestones Pediatric Therapy is an excellent developmental clinic in Spokane. We've worked with their Occupational Therapists and SLP assistant/Educational Specialist for over two years. I love that they give practical solutions to help outside the therapy room, they connect well with my child and with me. They are respectful and compassionate. Additionally they meet a HUGE need in this community by accepting mixed funding sources (from medicaid to private insurance to assisting with applying for grant money if needed). I will be forever grateful to this agency for supporting my child through some challenging learning difficulties and seeing things through to success. They also helped with educational advocacy tasks with the school. I can't say enough about this agency. I wish there were more resources like it in our area but I recommend them without reservation if your child is struggling with neurodevelopmental concerns.
