Michelle is an amazing therapist. So easy to talk to, and makes you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone wanting to talk to a therapist.
I've been to a few different therapists over the years, but Michelle is the first one who's ever made me feel truly heard and understood. She's able to read me and see through my defense mechanisms to really get to the root of the problem, which always blows me away. I've been going to her for about a year now, and I can't express how much she's helped me. I feel comfortable talking to her about anything and everything, and she has great advice... as well as book recommendations! She's a genius at maneuvering tough topics and providing a bit of levity when needed. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist in the Milwaukee area. You can't find better 10/10
I just had my first session with Michelle this morning. As most people know, it’s really nerve-wracking to go to your initial session. I think I almost came up with every excuse I could think of to not go. Eventually I made the right decision and went. I am so happy I made that choice, and I can’t wait for my next session with her. I walked into her office which was very, very calming the instant I set foot in there. Then there is Michelle herself - talk about someone you feel like you’ve know for 10 years but you’ve just met. SHE. WAS. AMAZING. I have not felt this sense of gratitude or pure joy in years. I’m sure I’m just riding the high of having such a great conversation with Michelle, but I’ll take it. Anyway, after our session, I felt it was necessary to let others know how amazing she is. If you are thinking about getting help (please check her specialties as I don’t feel comfortable posting why I was there 😁), I definitely recommend booking an appointment with her. I don’t know if you read these or not, but thank you, Michelle. I know this is going to take some hard work, but I’m glad I’m going to have you in my corner guiding me through it. -MH
