Mindful Exchanges

I came to Mindful Exchanges August 20th of this year. For 4 years I was a mess ready to end my marriage, scared, absolutely lost in my life. I had no hope that something can be done to fix my life. I just took a step to unknown because it was ENOUGH!! And now 10/4/2025, I have a different life! Life without fear, full of love and joy. I have had the privilege of learning under Brad Ohs at Mindful Exchanges, and the experience has been extremely valuable for my professional and personal growth. The clinic itself provides a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the high standards of care practiced here and calming and soothing music. As a mentor, Brad is patient, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. He creates a supportive learning atmosphere where questions are encouraged and critical thinking is developed. His teaching style balances theory with practical application, allowing me to see how evidence-based approaches are used in real clinical settings. What I appreciate most is his dedication not only to his clients but also to his students. He models empathy, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction, which has inspired me in my own journey toward becoming a competent mental health professional. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to train under Brad and would highly recommend both him and his clinic to students and clients alike.

Brad Oh's is, by far, the best Therapist that I have ever worked with. I have had PTSD from multiple traumas, and Brad has known how to help me navigate my healing in an effective, compassionate, and professional way. He has provided the right tools, has known what to say, and has never expressed his own bias. He is real, honest, and truly wants what is best for his patients. I have seen over half a dozen of therapists and once I found Brad, I knew I would never need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend Brad, someone with his level of technique, training, and experience is rare. You will not be disappointed.

Brad counselled my my child after some difficult experiences. Brad was not only kind and patient, but my child connected with him immediately and had no hesitation opening up. Through his insightful guidance and support, he's not only brought help and healing, but he's also guided me as a parent so I can better support and assist my child as well. I'm profoundly grateful for him having brought so much positivity and recovery into both our lives.

I’ve participated in different types of counseling platforms throughout adulthood. Over the years I have grown to despise counseling. Until I started working for Brad. I was closed off to the resource. When looking through possible counselors in the area I came across Brad Ohs. His counseling techniques centered around Mindfulness. With using mindfulness and Brad’s incredible knowledge, perspective, and years of experience. I look forward to each session.
