I have worked with 3 counselors in tandem, Victoria, TyAunna, and Carl. They are 3 of the most competent, knowledgeable, understanding counselors i could've asked for. Moving forward, I know my goals, I have tools and exercises to refer to in the event I may need to use them. I am sleeping again without nightmares and I feel confident I can accomplish my goals. Thank you 3 from my soul!! You're all AMAZING!!!

I have struggled for years with ptsd and anxiety and for a very long time I’ve searched for a good fit to finally have consistent and effective therapy with medication hand in hand and this particular office has started treatment with me til they made one part of my insurance and issue even though the insurance part they except has covered me they only want you to have Medicaid and this has been an on going issue that it feels if you don’t have the right insurance you don’t deserve the help you need I’ve gotten in a routine and finally felt progress and now I’m back to square one due to programs like this one that only except certain insurance now I feel lost and completely let down because now all my trust hard work to get healed is now completely at a loss

I wish I could leave infinite stars!! I've only had 1 session with Victoria, and she is amazing! She's laid the framework for my healing process after 1 hours. If you're suffering, I HIGHLY recommend them! They absolutely know what they're doing, and realize that the healing process requires more than a pity party. I'm literally fighting for my sanity, and Victoria understands what I want and require to do so. I feel like I've struck gold with them! I'm very excited to go on this journey with people that are actually willing to help and do the work with me. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!!!

At first I was a lil worried to receive therapy because I did not think my therapist would understand me or help me. After a few sessions had passed I was wrong my therapist Nasim Cianaki is so kind and attentive. She is an amazing person and at times our hour sessions go so fast I feel Like I need longer just to get that motivation, encouragement and confidence I receive just from our conversations. I have come a long way since my first session and I’m so proud and excited for the future sessions and how it will change my life. I am so happy my cousin referred mindful healing to me it has really changed my mindset and my therapist helps me achieve goals I never expected I could complete. I will continue to tall my family and friends about the outstanding support and service I receive from my therapist. Thank you 😊

Nasim is absolutely AMAZING!!! No matter when I need to speak to her she is always there for me. She changes her schedule for me and fits me in if I can’t make an appointment time . She is always super kind, sweet , understanding and gives the best advice to help me. I love knowing that I can count on her. Prior to Nasim I was with 3 other therapists that were not that good and Nasim is by far the BEST!!! I highly recommend Nasim to be your therapist. She makes me feel like we have known each other for a while when we have not . That’s how comfortable she makes you feel. I can open up to her about everything and she always has a great response to help me. Nasim , THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CLIENTS!!! You are a very special person with a heart of gold!!

Love this place!! It is comforting just walking in the entrance. Shaday is a lovely care coordinator - so friendly and helpful, always smiling! Tyaunna is an amazing therapist - my daughter loves her sessions with her! We'll miss Sadia, but she was fantastic as well! The waiting area is so peaceful - absolutely love the music - and the Mind Spa is an awesome treat (the aqua massage is my favorite)! Thank you all for being such a lovely group!!

I personally love this practice and location! The office is very welcoming and calming. The coordinators are very friendly and helpful and were able to match me with the best fit for me personally when it came to my therapist and even my medication management. They also have lots of amenities and such that they offer in office and virtually. Highly recommend!
