Jen Murray saved my life in more ways than this review will allow time for. But when I was at a crossroads, I got in quickly. Additionally, she literally sat next to me why I processed such a heavy piece of grief. She put in a referral to Hilary for therapy and I’m still going and peeling off layers that I’ve never let anyone see. I have been in and out of therapy my entire life and have never felt this kind of comfort in a space. Here’s a picture of Koda the office cat because he’s pretty great too.

This is such a special place, and I highly recommend this team to everyone and anyone -- especially if you're scared to start that mental health journey. They'll hold your hand every step of the way until you feel comfortable enough to fly on your own. They helped me change my own life for the better.
