This clinic seems best suited for high school students. I visited as a 27-year-old navigating major life changes, and the therapy felt very basic—more appropriate for teens than adults. It didn’t provide the depth or maturity I was looking for, so it didn’t help me progress toward my goals. While the staff were kind and welcoming, I wouldn’t recommend this place for adults seeking more advanced or comprehensive therapy.

I have heard bad experiences with this place and when i found out they were in network with my insurance i scheduled to get my own experience and thought maybe it would be a little different for me idk, turns out I was 100% wrong!!! This office told me that they except HSA and i was okay cool, but they asked that i keep my debit card on file to be able to see a therapist. Well first starters 1. About my first 3 appointments had to be r/s due to technical issues 2. Not sure who but someone kept cancelling my appointments without my consent, i know because i would get text messages that my appointments were cancelled, so it started to get really annoying at this point because I started a leave of absence and I needed to see a therapist to fill out and keep my PCP updated so i can continue my leave of absence and after a few visit Skyla Baker denied the paperwork because in her professional line of work "She was NOT the right Doctor for this" and instead of communicating with me immediately about this she waited to tell me last minute and I also informed her that I R/S my appointments and she did NOT like that she said 'no, you are not there yet' and moved my appointments back to her terms and clearly did NOT understand that i couldn't afford therapy once a week and I decided to no longer go back and she never cancelled my appointments, she kept them then charged my Debit card for a NO SHOWS and refused to work out a payment plan. Mindful Therapy Group and Skyla Baker don't care about their patients, they only care about a PAYCHECK.

I love this therapist facility. Everyone is super nice, I really couldn't recommend this place enough for therapy

Helpful office staff... checking in and out is quite easy. My therapist is wonderful. She listens to my concerns, gives helpful ideas to assist me with my anxiety, frustrations, and anger. I'm very pleased with my progress.
