From the very beginning, the staff were welcoming. I had an excellent experience with the nurse practitioner Madija. She is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. The environment felt safe and cozy making it easier to unwind and open up. She takes the time to understand my concerns and tailor my treatment plan to my needs. I highly recommend her if you are seeking professional, empathetic, and effective mental health support.

such a great place. Dr. Eppley (i think thats how its spelled) is an amazing psychiatrist. Belle is amazing too. They both get straight to the point and only care about your well being. And about those complaining about the money, they havent been difficult at all with us. Just remember the appointment and they wont charge a late fee. We have lots of money issues and those at Therapeutic Collaborative have been nothing but empathetic towards our situation. Dont listen to any of the negative reviews, this is such a great place.

I used this place back in 2017 with a therapist who after meeting with the first time charged me for a $500 assessment without me knowing. I stopped using them but after some recent struggles I wanted to see a psychiatrist so I came back to therapeutic collaborative. First I just wanted something for my anxiety (non narcotic) and I was over prescribed with 3 terrible pills with horrible side effects. 3 weeks later they charge me 250$ for a missed appointment that I never scheduled. DO NOT go to this place they are very greedy they don’t care about you they care about your money.

I was seeing their psychiatrist for medication management of adult ADHD. Long story short I thought my appointment was on a Wednesday but it was actually on the prior Monday. They charged me $150 for missing the appointment and I paid it. They also charged my insurance company. I did not receive a refund. I forgot what day the appointment was (not unusual for someone with ADD) and I get that they wanted me to pay the no-show fee. But then, they kicked me out of the practice for being non-compliant. I agree, all they care about is your money.

My daughter did not receive satisfactory treatment at all from this practice. She felt as if her therapist could not relate to her at all and never would address issues that she felt needed to be addressed. She said she felt very put off by her. We talked to the psychiatrist about this and he said to give her another shot. We did and the situation did not get better. The therapist was a very nice person but not at all effective. We weren't allowed to switch to a different therapist. The psychiatrist has now refused to see my daughter any longer because I cannot afford to pay the exorbitant cost of $100 for an accidentally missed appointment. Never mind the fact that I never, ever agreed or signed anything saying I would pay $100 for a missed appointment. I questioned this and was given a letter telling me that because I refuse to pay them (not can't afford but refuse) that they have closed her file. When I questioned this I was told that if I didn't take my letter and leave immediately that they would call the police to escort me out. They didn't try to discuss anything at all with me, to make arrangements or anything. They simply said to take my letter and leave or I'm calling the police to escort you out. I didn't get a chance to say anything. The lady saying this to me was so RUDE and NASTY. I had never seen her before. She wasn't the regular receptionist. I've never encountered a healthcare professional who acted so unprofessionally before. Needless to say, the practice clearly cares more about $100 than treating it's patients. I'm looking for ways to report this practice for it's unethical business practices and lack of professionalism. If you are considering this practice for treatment for yourself or for your child, take my advice and go elsewhere. They don't care about you. They only care about your money.
