Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy PLLC

My son had an amazing feeding therapist who worked there for over a decade. She was amazing with him and really cared about him and they let her go!!!! right as I am in the process of us working hard on my son who has a feeding tube and feeding issues and she had learned everything there is to know about him , leaving me in a tough situation to find him somewhere else to go. I DO NOT recommend this location

There was once a time I was actively recommending MMPT to everyone. However, after the corporate end decided to prioritize costs over quality and patient wellbeing, I would never recommend them now. They abruptly let go of multiple amazing therapists with no reason and no notice, replaced an esteemed, decade long employee with a newbie. I can’t trust MMPT with my children’s services because they don’t care about the important relationships between patient/therapist, and how pivotal it is to a child’s progress, and rapport can take a long time to cultivate, and earn trust. Who’s to say MMPT won’t fire the next therapy they tried reassigning us to? I also don’t want to support a clinic that treats their clinicians as if they are disposable, especially when they’ve been loyal and hard workers. Corporate handled it so poorly, they didn’t even inform me about how they had suddenly fired our other therapist, who was the director of the clinic! The old clinical director had the place running so well, it really shined a light on the mess of a company that Mini Miracles is behind the scenes. I worry for all the special needs babies who lost their therapists and never even got to say goodbye. MMPT should be ashamed of themselves.

One of the worst places ever took way to long for my kid to get in the back or be seen

My child was a patient there he loved going, I had a baby back in may, so unfortunately I had to cancel and miss a couple appointments due to a c section. I’m a full time working single mother of 3 kids. My mom helps me transport him back and forth to his speech therapy. Well today she put him on the bus and we missed that appointment. Well they canceled him as a patient over incidents I couldn’t help! Do not recommend especially if your child is in need of the help! And as a side note there has been many of times the therapist canceled on me, the morning of or late the night before! Unfair and not professional AT ALL.

I absolutely love Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy. My son has been at Mini Miracles Therapy since he was 6 years old. They are the most friendly and dedicated individuals I have ever meet. They are so patient with my son, even when he has a melt down. This place with their caring staff has helped my son so much. His therapists include me in on what might work best for my son and how to work on incorporating it into our daily lives. The staff at Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy are like family to us and they have been so great to us. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and compassionate care.

Absolutely a wonderful place with super kind and caring staff whose mission is to help children succeed! Highly recommend to any parent wanting great therapy for their child. My two preemie nephews had physical therapy here and we were impressed with their care. Everyone is friendly and so patient with the littles. Thank you, Mini Miracles Staff! Keep up the great work.
