I visited this office seeking assistance for my child’s needs and unfortunately the experience has been frustrating. I’ve been left without clear answers and with unnecessary delays, which has only added stress to an already difficult situation. I understand things can take time but I would have appreciated more timely and transparent communication. I hope my feedback helps improve the process for others seeking support.

Mireles ABA Therapy has been a huge help for my son. They really know how to make learning fun while also helping him meet his goals. Terrible center for ABA in Brownsville. When they first opened they started off working decently with my son not excellent but decent. The "therapists" are fairly young not very experienced I didn't see much change or help in my son but I did see a lot of frustration in him after picking him up the days he went to therapy. Once the clinic expanded they demanded for my son to go 10 hours a week even though state does not require that and they never mentioned a requirement of hours when my son first started therapy about a year ago. Now they were pushing the hours or else they wouldn't see him seems to me therapy became more of a money business to charge insurance per kids than the true meaning behind aba therapy which is to help the child. My son is not a quota to fill he is a human being a child. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with their services at the end of our journey with them. I do not recommend this place for children with autism there is a lot of lack of organization and orientation with the employees they all seem to lack experience and mainly the center lost its meaning and mission by turning the patients into money signs. Terrible service.
