I’m really glad we found this clinic. Everyone was warm and easy to talk to, and they made my child feel comfortable without forcing anything. They also have a really well-organized system for doing evaluations, which made the whole process feel smooth and thoughtful. The psychologist took their time, listened carefully, and explained the results in a way that actually made sense to us. We left feeling understood and with clear ideas on how to support our child. I truly appreciate the care they showed and would recommend this place to any parent looking for help!
The worst experience that a person could have. I went in to get a psychological evaluation needed for law enforcement/security work. They had me answer a 350-question test that turned out to be the incorrect one, so I then had to answer another 350-question test, making the process excruciating and draining. After receiving my psychological evaluation results, they did not put in the correct birthday or SSN number. This happened not only once but twice. This delayed the process of getting my approval by the state, causing a significant amount of financial stress on my part.
