Well this sucks. I came here hoping to get treatment and medicine. Just to be ran over. Miss Vanessa the after hours hotline you say you want to help but talk over the patients. She had issues with me from the start when she couldn't hear me spell my meds right. She yelled at me for that to.When I tried to ask a question she started talking about something else completely different. When I re asked I was told in a hateful voice like she was scolding me to repeat myself several times. So I said all I asked was do I call Monday or will they call me. She scolding me some more and said she had already told me. I have severe ptsd from childhood abuse so as soon as this lady started talking to me like a child my whole body started hurting. Why even say your going to help or trying help someone with ptsd but escalate so there left confused and hurt. I do have the phone call on video she said she does to so that's good if we go to court she won't be able to edit it. I don't know but I was under the impression when someone asked you your name you give it without having to argue for it saying she doesn't want to play my games and not give a fake one first. Mind yall this was all an 8 minute phone call. Most of which was me getting craped on.

I went here for years, and the entire time it was messy and unprofessional. There were times I wouldn't get my medicine for a month at a time due to them simply forgetting to schedule me a doctor day. I had over 10 therapists throughout the time I was here because they kept leaving, going to different jobs or different clients. People are regularly switched out including doctors and therapists, not to mention the "peer support specialists" who call you once every few months. Mental health care is awful in Mississippi to begin with but this is honestly shocking. I don't know anyone who has had a Good experience going here and it's sad the way they treat patients. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.

Very friendly and nice.

You never see a doctor in person. They made an appointment in the office and you’d think you would meet someone in person. However, you don’t. The doctor gave me a script that took me over a week and several calls to even get it sent over. Total waste of my time and gas. The therapist is amazing though. She is easy to talk to and she has great advice. She has been both professional and friendly. She is the only reason I stay. She’s almost like family at this point.

They are not an accredited service. The so called doctors are only nurse practitioners. Very u professional. Counselors don’t teach u a dang thing . They ask how ur week was and talk about everything but ur issues and leave . They use patients as medical lab rats they change meds every month no matter if they are working or not . They don’t give u the meds that u say work for u . Ms McKenzie is rude and don’t listen to her patients and gives u meds that ur allergic to even tho u told her ur allergic to them. And starts being rude when u refuse to take the meds

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. They are extremely too slow and very unorganized. They don’t follow appointment times and they waste your time. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE
