Very nice place

After telling me they didn't have time to unload me they went ahead and got me unloaded that was very much appreciated the wheels aren't rolling I'm not making money. They got me back on the road the same day allowing me to book my next two loads and stay busy through the end of the year. Thank you welfare system

I have an emergency where I don't have income for food. I tried calling several times,hours apart and nobody answered. Someone rudely emailed me apologizing for not answering the phone but continues not to answer. I've worked for many local restaurants who donate and I have to wonder where the food and money are going. If they are going to administrative cost, people should be available to take phone calls and they should be more clear that the money is not going to feed hungry citizens.

I hate asking for help, but about a month ago, my wife and I lost our vehicle, which caused me to lose my job. And she can't work, she has cancer bad.. We really need food, we've been barely eating, a small bit of rice everyday, but we are almost completely out, and our cats have had to eat rice too..we live about a 30-45 minute drive away from town, but there's a store I can walk down to. Can you help us out?? Even with $5, I can get some canned tuna or something with that.. anything at all would be greatly appreciated.. we're stressing bad 😔 my PayPal account is @jamesdailey52.

I checked in and got the rudest person and most negative experience. I definitely won't be delivering to this once again. Very rude lady the fork lift lady very rude

It falls between 3 and 4,some one may give them less stars,but reviews are subject to interpretation and experience. For everything to come out ok,don t show up earlier than 10 minutes from your appt. This is not a huge whse,but it s enough for what they do,there is no room for trucks to wait there,that s why is important to not show up early. The people in receiving are bussiness oriented,not rude,but not dilydaly about anything,show up,unload and be gone,they keep their schedule. Again,they are not rude,don t take their bussines mindset as rudeness or disrespect,they are working hard people,I didn t receive any disrespect,contrary to what some say here. They are on the Petro's side of i-20 about 1/4 ml from it.

As a truck driver i arrived one hour early and i was told by a person working there that for some doe he may be able to unload me or i can go to a truck stop and come back when the appointment is. While on the phone with the dispatch another person came and got me at the door and unloaded me. Like everywhere it all depends who you talk to. With patience you can back up a 53 footer no problem

If you're a driver delivering here... -The people are very nice, when you can get ahold of them. My dispatchers left messages and were not called back. -You have to call like 24 hours in advance to receiving to get a name and delivery number from one of the 2 people in charge of the delivery dock or they will deny your load and send you away. -MAKE SURE YOU CALL A DAY BEFORE DELIVERY IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER!!! (Good luck if you're delivering on a Monday 🤞)
