Positive: Maria Lo Krommidas was my son's ABA therapist and family trainer. Though I must say her timing was VERY inconsistent but I appreciate the effort she made to work with Abraham. I am grateful for the fact that I got the help I needed for my son to get into the CPSE program. I am also grateful for Barbara Parker speech therapist. She was always on time, very professional and did her best to help Abraham. Negative: AnnMarie DeRago Miller MSED was my son Abraham's ABA therapist. Some days she was very good and most days she was very unpleasant and disrespectful. At first she used to come late on purpose. She used to park her car in front of my house and sit inside for 20-30mins, and then she lies to me saying that she is late due to traffic. A few times she came to work when she was sick and coughed and sneezed on my son. She eats during the session, cleans her bag or wipe her toys. Some days she would work with my son very nicely. But most days she just sits there for the entire session and does nothing. She even said 'YUCK' to me several times covertly. Something was off about her and it is very difficult to explain it all in writing. I told the coordinator Michelle Brandeis that I wanted to change the therapist but she said that there is no available therapist at the moment. I wished I had placed a recorded camera in the room where my son and AnnMarie were working, I feel like that way she would have done the right thing. I also do not recommend Steve Cassuto ABA therapist. He does not know how to work with special needs children. My son cried throughout the entire session. One time my son was banging his head and Steve did not stop him from hurting himself. Overall I did NOT like his energy. If your child have special needs get them evaluated and get them the help they need but MAKE SURE TO HAVE RECORDED CAMERAS in the same room your child and the therapist is working in. It will help to protect your child from toxic people and you will have evidence incase you are gaslighted. It will also save you a lot of energy and time.

If you try to reach CPSE program, they'll never get back to you, waste of time.

They do not care, they do not call you back, they do not return VM, don't waste your time here

I’ve been trying to set up my daughters first appointment since April, but there is always something going one with their schedule. They cancel at short notice with no excuses, no sorry and no consideration. Very irresponsible in answer the phones, and they ignored our situation couple of times. It’s really frustrating and disappointing to deal with this company. They are dealing with a child healthy and development. It can’t be like that. Horrible service.

I can not say enough good things about Cindy. She was my son ABA therapist. She was so kind and gentle with my son during sessions and with us (family ). Always ready to help my son for what he needs.We really miss her and appreciate her for loving my son. Highly recommend!!!

My daughter needed early intervention for a slight speech delay and her pediatrician referred her here. I am giving one star because overall my experience was horrible. the people over the phone when you first call were so kind but setting up the appointment I spoke to a woman named Kim and she was so rude! Made me feel so uncomfortable and nervous putting my daughter through that agency for speech! Being a first time mom I had questions and the woman Kim could not be bothered to answer me.. like I was wasting her time and answered me so nasty. I asked her if she could use her own toys because my daughter only knows her puzzles.. Kim answered me very rudely “well any child can put a puzzle together.” If you could speak too me like that you think I would let her around my daughter to assess her?! No not every child can that’s why services like this exist! I QUICKLY canceled the appointment and got reassigned to a different agency that treated me way better. I canceled the appointment and they still showed up for the appointment.. I wasn’t even home! The woman who called me standing at my door was so sweet but not Kim I have her complaining on my ring video how this is a waste of her time! It’s not my fault the office has no communication I canceled my appointment with a week to spare. Very unprofessional and just rude.

Dolores Laskin has worked with both my son and daughter for speech pathology and she is hands down the most amazing speech therapist! My daughter gets so excited for her sessions with "Dee" and has made incredible progress since they started working together. Dolores is also one of the best prompt therapists and has been a godsend to our family! MKSA is a wonderful organization with great therapists.

Words can’t express how grateful I am for Annie and Dolores. About 8 months ago my daughter started stuttering out of the blue . So Annie recommend a fabulous speech pathologist Dolores , she came to my house and made my daughter so comfortable during the whole entire evaluation, that my daughter forgot why Dolores was even at our house. I can’t thank Dolores enough for making her recommendations for my daughter and explaining everything to me. Annie MkSA is a very special company due to the fact they treat you like family. Thank you so much
