MTC has been great for my little one. Ms. April is amazing! I noticed my Daughter has been improving her speech and expressiveness over the few months. She is not shy anymore - not shy to express how she feels or what she is thinking. 180 degree difference from when She started. Now, I can communicate much better with Her. Little Anna needs tubes surgery and that’s why it was tough for Her to speak since she still can’t hear quite right. I can’t wait to see even more improvements in her speech after the surgery as she will continue to do speech and occupational therapy with MTC. Thank you, Ms. April for all your hard work with my little one. Anna is much more engaged in activities and not shy to talk to people. She is a completely different kid. So much She learned with you! Thank you!
The concept is great! My son went here for a little over a year. 11 yrs old, autistic and nonverbal. However, after he was hospitalized for 8 days in a mental hospital for acute stabilization from a new ADHD med that went way wrong, they told me 1 hour prior to his sessions starting back that he couldn't return for 30 days due to company policy. They tried to say it's ethical on their part. That's far from ethical. Left us high and dry. They said they would get us a referral list where he would be accepted, as if he had a record now. Almost a month later, still no list. I won't be going back to MTC and asked to be discharged. They should have notified me upon admission to the hospital on day 1 via email.
