Just toured Rochester location 6/21/24 and as a new parent with a newly diagnosed 2year old on the spectrum and navigating this world I was motivated to learn more about ABA therapy and this facility. After speaking with the staff (who work remotely in Florida and California) I was hopeful and motivated but after our tour I was really disappointed and discouraged. Just first impressions this facility was dirty, paint was chipping, furniture looked tired and old. Staff didn’t look happy and every kid was on a tablet. Outdoor space was a slab of concrete, and their gross motor room was small with subpar amenities. Note to new parents - don’t jump through hoops don’t fill out a single form until after you tour!!! Hope this school receives some help because they need it.

This place is rated 1 star everywhere you look. Do your research. They are not just terrible to the parents and children looking for help but to their own employees who are also terrible to the children and parents. We waited around for 5 months and never started services was given start dates and changed dates at the beginning and end of each month that we waited. Only to then be told that they would discharge our child before she even started. This is a program you would wish you spared yourself the time and energy it will take to get started and only to be disappointed. The providers while assessing you were mostly disrespectful and inappropriate the entire time. Jessie Meyer especially as inappropriate and unprofessional with the intent of wearing her judging face in every meeting we had with her. As if people are not able to read reactions. I mean I can not believe the time and energy we put into this program and I hope I spare others by this warning of their inconsistencies and lack of professionalism. Let alone they don’t even have the staff to help the kids. They should be put out of business and stop waiting valuable time of others who are in need of help. 5 months and we never started then were discharged. What a scam!
