I find this place is useful with information and peer to peer support. Groups ranging anything to help you mentally and socializing. There is respite programming and a kitchen for residents. Along with a shower.

They used to be good, but recent staff change has made it an unsafe place to share your experince as they no longer follow their own values. The current director at the time of this post, stephen Tavella, seems to have issues with accepting people who think or feel differently from him, even going as far as to ban me, attempt to use my past trauma against me, threaten to physically throw me out because I wanted to understand why I was being banned and he only answered by stating I should admit I am in the wrong, but he refused to tell me what for beyond "breaking values" which I never broke. In the end given the official reports and the stories shared with me, it seems I was kicked out because I shared my story and past and he didnt like it and thoght I was too negtaive. Which seems odd for a place that is about sharing your story and understanding others I also want to advise, that while the peers can be good for the most part (a few bad apples in every group), be carful what you share with staff, as they are prone to gossping and sharing your private conversations with others. They even shared my private conversations with my abusive ex who has a history of harrasing me and did use my private conversations to further harrass me. My advice, is use it as needed and for lighter or more postive or small stresses, or use their step up step down progra for a temporary place while you rebuild yourself, but just be wary of the current staff and what personal things you share when around them. Its best to find a place that actually is bound by or will value your confidentialiy for more urgent or deep feelings and stories. Oh and dont say anything negative around the director stephen, as I dont want anyone else to get hurt by his aressive and judgemental nature.(date written, april 8th, 2025) Sincerely a former member of almost 2 years.

I really love this place. They really do give good support to everyone no matter what. They are always there for you if you need to talk, just say hi,etc... All the staff there are like family to me. I have a rhyming nick name for them all. Each and every group they run really does help learn new things as far as I myself thinks. I love care and miss them. I hope that they are all staying safe and warm. Amen. Love peace and joy. Love always, Felicia Marie Chase.
